All orders placed through Keatov are final once you confirm the cart, payment method and delivery address. Preparation begins immediately after confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize Keatov to charge the total shown at checkout, including delivery fees and taxes.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Keatov and its delivery partners are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Kosher certification
Restaurants are responsible for maintaining their kosher certification. Keatov verifies certification but does not supervise food preparation.
